Shipping policy

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Shipping is free, we will ship your order anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States.* ** ***

*If you need your order delivered sooner, you can select from the expedited options presented in checkout.

**Item(s) over 100 lbs may not qualify for free shipping as they must be shipped via a freight company which will could additional charges.

*** Additional charges may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii , Puerto Rico, APO or Protectorates. In this case, Tooland Inc will contact you before proceeding with your order for verification and approval.
All orders that have been fully received (including payment) before 2:00 PM EST on non-holiday week days ship within 1-5 business days, most items ship the same day.

BUSINESS OR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS:

Orders shipping to a business address via Economy or Standard shipping will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders shipping to a residential address will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday, where available (excluding holidays).

For example: A package shipped to a business address on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

A package shipped to a residential address on Thursday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Saturday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES OR MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS:

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items. Also, items in your order may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate deliveries. 



FREIGHT ORDERS: 
  • Please use a commercial address and have an updated telephone number upon checkout, we will not be able to process your order without these and will have to cancel.
  • Charges for lift gate service are not included in pricing.


Buyers in countries outside of the United States will be responsible for paying any taxes, insurance, custom fees, broker fees. These fees are not shown or included in the price visible during checkout

Domestic Sales
  • Shipping within 1-5 business days once payment has cleared.
  • Item may take 2-10 business days to arrive.
  • Item may be shipped out from a warehouse closer to you.
International Sales
  • Usually takes 3 to 5 business days to ship once payment is clear
  • May take 7 - 20 Business days to arrive. (Shipping times have a large variance due to current Global shipping issues)
  • Buyer is responsible for any additional fees (Import Tax, VAT) due to importation. 

Package claims. Lost or damaged freight clams must be filed with the carrier. Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may assist if necessary.

Delivery Delays
Typical Ground Service delivery is 3-7 business days.

  • UPS Ground, USPS First Class and USPS Priority do not have guaranteed delivery dates, Estimates that are given during checkout are provided by the carriers themselves, these estimates can be misleading during times of heavy shipping periods such as the holiday season. 
  • Tooland Inc is not responsible for any delays caused by congestion in the carrier networks or delays caused by weather anomalies, accidents , terrorism, global pandemics or the fallout after, worker shortages.

  • If a Guaranteed service (i.e. USPS Priority Express, UPS 2nd day, UPS Next Day, UPS 3 Day Select)  has been selected and paid for and your delivery has been delayed, please reach out to us immediately
